Today and tomorrow English football prepares it self for FA cul,with the 2 Manchester clubs out the team tipped to lift the coveted trophy is Tottenham with there high flying form and attacking instinct they look like they could beat any team in the country and are currently the best team in London and London being the best city in England(in terms of teams still in the competition) then on the over hand there's Chelsea who are under going a massive restructuring project an look far from the double winning team that was at Stamford bridge a season and a half ago, but still they have the experience to win the fa cup. Liverpool are probably the most inform team in the fa cup having knocked out both Manchester clubs as well as knocking out city in the league cup. can king kennies men reach a second Wembley final in 8 weeks, and finally we reach arsenal after 4 nil thrashing at the san siro and this could be the start of the decline of arsenal as it was last yaer or could the winning of the fa cup mark the rebirth of the gunners.

Rangers enters  administration

the pride of Scottish football has gone into administration automatically implementing a 10 point penalty and handing Celtic the championship, it also raises questions of the long term future of rangers as it fights to clear its debts and pay the tax payback the 125 million pounds it owes to the tax payer. now under administration there will also be a transfer embargo in place meaning that they will not be able to sign new players. no one knows how long the club will remain in administration but it makes one wonder that how a team with 52 domestic titles   have fallen into such financial peril , even if rangers have got into the champions league they would have not been allowed to participate under uefa"s financial fair play rules which states that a club must break even over a 3 year period and that a owner can cover up to 50 million pounds of the debt.

The probelm started in the 1990s which saw them spend vast amount of money and saw them be in the red by  3o million pounds for three straight years,this financial mismanagement lead to the clubs crippling debt.It was a case of short term gain Long term lost.
